Northeast Surgical Wound Care (NESWC) is the premier wound management service in Ohio since 1998. We provide expert wound and skin care services in long-term care facilities, acute care facilities, LTACHs, assisted living facilities, wound care centers, home care, and hospice. We bill directly to Medicare Part B, Medicaid, managed care payers and private pay. We have proven healing results for over 1.5 million visits and are known for our superior healing rates, accurate documentation, and commitment to customer service.

Keith Warner

Chief Executive Officer MD, FACS

In 1998, Dr. Keith M. Warner, was the visionary who saw a critical need for a wound care management program in Northeast Ohio and founded Northeast Surgical Wound Care Services. Dr. Warner’s interest in wound healing developed early in his practice as he was confronted with the complex needs of wounded patients with bowel leakage and contamination of wounds. He found this scenario most often in long-term care facilities and in patients with chronic wounds. He became an early adopter of the principles of moist healing, and of modifying the wound environment of chronic wounds to effect healing.

2025 Most Valuable Person

Stacie Lind

2025 Most Valuable Person RN

Stacie Lind, RN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lourdes University in Toledo, Ohio, and began her NESWC career as a scribe for one of our senior providers. A role that dropped her straight into the deep end of advanced wound care, documentation, chaos, and crisis management. Her passion for learning and natural ability to bring order led her to excel. She learned, she worked, and she rose.

In 2018, she transitioned into a marketing role, strengthening partnerships across Ohio and representing NESWC with professionalism and reliability. In 2022, she was promoted to Clinical Services Coordinator, a role in which she has made a significant and lasting impact.

In this position, Stacie oversees key initiatives including skin sweep programs, formulary reviews, and educational outreach. She plays a central role in survey readiness, supports facilities during state inspections, and assists providers with daily clinical needs. Her ability to manage urgent situations, anticipate challenges, and maintain high operational standards has made her an indispensable part of our organization.

Stacie brings an incredible memory and deep relationships throughout the wound-care community. Her readiness to help at a moment’s notice is one of the many ways she supports our team.

Outside of work, Stacie pours her energy into her husband and family, and she brings that same heart and determination into everything she does.

We are proud to recognize Stacie Lind, RN, as our 2025 Most Valuable Person. Her dedication and consistent effort strengthen the care we provide and make a tremendous difference every day in the Skilled Nursing Facility world here in Ohio
